I have had a lemon tree in my yard for 5-6 years and finally I have usable lemons on it.
With my first lemon I made my favorite tuna dip.
250g-350g spreadable cream cheese.
95g tin of tuna in spring water,drained.
juice of 1 lemon.
1 tbs chopped parsley.
Blend all of the above in a food processor and serve with any crackers.
